Los Telares is by the main road, the GM-1, Km 18. But sometimes it gets tricky to find, Google seems to be uncertain about our location. This is why, we offer maps and instructions at our section Map. |

The check-in: |
|
What time are you arriving? Never mind, your check-in can be done anytime. If you arrive before 2 p.m., we will receive you, give you all the information you need for you visit to the island and, if available, we will give you the key and access to your apartment. If the apartment is not yet available and ready, we will still receive you and you will be able to leave your luggage and go on with your visit around the island. Do you have any question? The first morning: |
|
Waking up that first day can be a challenge. We recommend you to request our breakfast at least for that very first morning. This way, you won't need to get out of your apartment with an empty stomach or rush the day before to buy groceries. Request at least the day before, and specify if you wish vegetarian or gluten-free option (not recommended for Celiacs, it might still contain traces). If not, you can also go to our shop PEG Los Telares, where our terrace bar has sandwiches, muffins, fruit, juice, tea, coffee... Book your breakfast |

Need to know where the restaurant, supermarket or our facilities are? For the first, we will include a map of Hermigua for you on your apartment, but you can download it here as well. Also, on your apartment you have a complete Information Dossier. Please check it out on arrival, it will answer many questions such as where is the swimming pool, WiFi passcode, opening hours, facilities, services, etc... Also, on our lounge are plenty of activities leaflets, maps, guides... have a look and, if you have any further doubts, just let us know. | |
Payment, modifications and cancellations: |

Each reservation has it's specific cancellations and modifications policy. For the non-refundable reservations, payment is charged on reservation. Group reservations are also subject to special payment schedules. Payment on arrival can be done by cash or card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex). In your reservation the applicable cancellation policy will show. In case of reservations processed via phone, the standard cancellation policy applies: Cancellation and modifications with more than 7 days are free. Late cancellations, modifications and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked stay. Any cancellation or modification of non-direct reservations should be processed via wholesaler (Booking, Expedia, etc). |
